Tigers Fall to Texas

Feb. 28, 2004

The 13th-ranked Longhorns took down the 50th-ranked Tigers. Mizzou fell in the rankings after losing to Colorado last week. The Tigers hoped to rebound in Austin, but fell to a tough Texas team.

They couldn't get a singles win and took home only one doubles win. Playing together for the first time this season, Hana Kraftova and Mary Barry won their doubles 8-2. Urska Juric and Katka Sevcikova started the season ranked 30th, but have dropped out of the rankings after losing three straight matches.
