Ames Iowa. -Competing in their final dual of the season, the No. 12 Missouri wrestling team (9-4-1, 1-2-1) suffered an 18-15 loss to No. 7 Iowa State (15-4, 2-1) in the Hilton Coliseum in Ames, Iowa. Missouri came from behind twice to tie the dual and entered the heavyweight bout knotted at 15 with the Cyclones. The final loss by decision at heavyweight, drops Missouri to 1-2-1 in Big 12 action.
Senior Josh Wagner (Milton, Wis.) snapped Missouri's three-bout losing streak with his 5-4 win by decision over Mitch Mueller.
