Missouri Stands Eighth at Conference Championships

NORMAN, Okla. - The Mizzou women's golf team moved up two spots to eighth place after the second round of play in the Big 12 Conference Championships in Norman, Okla. The Tigers recorded a team score of 305 in Saturday's second round of play and have a two-day total of 612.

Senior Julia Potter leads the way with a 36-hole score of 150, which puts her in a tie for 12th place in the individual standings. Potter shot a 73 in Saturday's second round.

Junior Nicola Race and sophomore Hannah Lovelock each carded rounds of 76 on Saturday after shooting 78 on Friday. They are among a group tied for 30th place with 154 totals. Senior Michelle Morgan is also among that group in a tie for 30th place after she shot an 80 in the second round.

Junior Lindsey Haupt is in 60th spot with a 173 total.

The final round will be played on Sunday, with the first Tigers teeing off at 8 a.m.
