
Five Tigers Compete in 100 Fly Finals on Fourth Day of SEC Championships

ATHENS, Ga. – University of Missouri swimming and diving claimed five spots in the 100 fly finals on the fourth day of competition at the 2025 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships inside Gabrielsen Natatorium.
Kylee Sullivan, Taylor Williams and Grace Hanson advanced to the C-Final in the women's 100 fly, while Paige Striley qualified for the B-Final. Williams turned in the sixth-fastest time in program history with a 52.27 swim that landed a 17th place finish. Striley's time of 52.41 in the preliminary round gave her the program's seventh-best all-time mark.
Sullivan and Hanson both turned in career-best times in the final. Sullivan swam 52.67 and Hanson clocked 52.60 to finish 19th and 21st, respectively.
Returning to the men's 100 fly final after qualifying last year, Jan Zubik put up a 46.07 time to finish 18th.
Three more Tigers made it to finals Thursday night, including Collier Dyer in men's 1-meter diving. Dyer scored 338.80 in the final to finish in 12th place.
Zoe Schneider swam 4:14.22 in the women's 400 IM final, topping her career-best of 4:14.85 set in the preliminary round.
Senior Calvin Windle returned to the men's 200 free final after competing last year. Windle touched the wall in 1:33.60 this time for a career best and 18th place finish.
UP NEXT
The Tigers will compete in the 2025 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships in Athens through Saturday. MU will also host the Mizzou Qualifier, March 1-2, at Mizzou Aquatic Center.
