A transfer from Louisiana Monroe and 2024 Freshman All-America selection by Football Writers Association of America and On3.com, Hardy was named the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Freshman of the Year and First Team All-Sun Belt after compiling 1,351 yards (5.88) and 13 TDs on 237 carries. Hardy served as a true workhorse back, logging 10+ rushing attempts in all 12 contests and 20+ attempts on six occasions. He rushed for 100+ yards on eight occasions and eclipsed the 200-yard mark twice in 2024 against Marshall (206 yards) and Arkansas State (204 yards).

Green started all 13 games at left guard in 2024 and helped the Mizzou offense accumulate 2,138 rushing and 2,926 passing yards as well as 26 rushing TDs. He was part of an offensive line that led the SEC and ranked seventh nationally in time of possession (32:54) and ranked fourth and seventh in the conference in TFLs allowed (4.62) and sacks allowed (2.00) per game, respectively. This preseason, Green has been tabbed First Team Preseason All-America by Phil Steele, Second Team Preseason All-America by Walter Camp and Sporting News, respectively, and Third Team Preseason All-America by Athlon Sports.

A returning 12-game starter at linebacker, Newson compiled 71 tackles, 6.5 TFL, 1.0 sack, one PBU, four QB pressures and one forced fumble, finishing second on the team in tackles and TFL. Newson was selected as SEC Co-Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 11, after finishing with 10 tackles, 2.5 TFL, 1.0 sack and one forced fumble against Oklahoma.

The returning starting placekicker for the Tigers, Craig started in all 13 games, leading the team and ranking seventh in the SEC in scoring with 108 points on 24-of-34 (.706) FGs and 36-of-37 (.973) PATs. He became the first freshman in program history and 13th Tiger to eclipse the century mark in points for a single season and finished the year tied for 11th most all-time in a single season. Craig finished the year tied for first in the league and tied for fourth nationally in FGs and FGs per game (1.85) and led the country in FGs attempted. His 24 made FGs set a Mizzou freshman record and tied him with Tucker McCann (2018) and Harrison Mevis (2023) for second most in program history for a single season. Craig went 6-of-9 on FG attempts of 50+ yards to tie with Tom Whelihan for the second-most conversions from 50+ yards in a season in program history. He connected on a pair of 56-yard field goals against Boston College and Iowa in the TransPerfect Music City Bowl, which ranked tied for the fourth longest FGs in program history.

Coleman, a first-year transfer by way of Mississippi State, returns to his home state after being named a Third Team All-SEC selection for the Bulldogs in 2024. A native of St. Louis, Coleman hauled in 74 receptions for six touchdowns and came up just shy of a 1,000-yard season (932 yards) to rank fifth in the SEC - leading the Bulldogs in all three receiving categories. Coleman registered four 100-yard games in 2024 and went over 50 yards on 11 occasions.

Norfleet returns to the Tigers after making eight starts and appearing in 11 games a season ago. The 2023 ESPN Freshman All-America selection hauled in 26 receptions for 236 yards and a pair of touchdowns, finishing third on the team in receptions and receiving TDs and fourth in receiving yards.

Trotter, a transfer from West Virginia, earned a 2024 Freshman All-America selection by The Athletic and Football Writers Association of America and was named 2024 Big 12 Defensive Freshman of the Year in addition to Honorable Mention All-Big 12. In 12 career games (11 starts) at West Virginia, Trotter tallied 92 tackles, 4.0 TFL, 0.5 sack, one INT, two PBUs and five QB pressures. He carded 2+ tackles in all 12 games and 8+ tackles seven times, including a career-high 12 stops against Iowa State and Cincinnati.
