FAST FACTS:
Why did you choose Missouri?
I heard about Mizzou because of the swim program and committed because the journalism school matched my academic needs.
How has the program at Mizzou made you a better swimmer?
The difference in the mental aspect between high school and college swimming has challenged me, and the staff here has helped me deal with that and become a more complete athlete.
What is your best memory with the team?
Walking back to our bench after finishing the 200 IM at Big 12's my freshman year and having the whole team cheering for me and congratulating me. Success is better when it's shared with teammates.
Favorite food:Burrito Bowl
What's on your iPod:Whatever my audiophile roommates give me, plus some Smashing Pumpkins, Dave Matthews Band and Red Hot Chili Peppers
Favorite sports star:In the fall, Mike Vick; in the winter, Kobe (Blake Griffin's moving up that list); in the spring and summer, Derek Jeter, A-Rod, and Tex
Favorite movie:It's too hard to say a favorite, but the best I have seen lately has got to be "The Fighter"
