Victoria Adams joined the University of Missouri football program as Associate Director of On-Campus Recruiting in November 2021.
Her responsibilities include planning detailed, organized, unique and memorable on-campus experiences through gameday visits, unofficial and official visits, and Junior Days. She assists with the initial eligibility process while communicating with prospective student-athletes, parents and coaches through in-person, telephones and virtual means for the purpose of recruitment.
Adams most recently supported head coach Eliah Drinkwitz and the Mizzou staff in closing out the 14th-ranked 2022 recruiting class. She is a member of Women Leaders as well as a participant of the 2021 Philadelphia Eagles Diversity Series and Minnesota Viking Women’s Football Operations Summit.
Prior to her arrival in Columbia, Adams spent time at both Ole Miss and South Carolina in the football program operations and recruiting areas.
Adams holds a bachelor’s degree in integrated marketing communications from the University of Mississippi and a master’s in sport and entertainment management from the University of South Carolina.
