Mizzou Divers Set for Auburn Diving Invitational

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Mizzou men's and women's diving team conclude 2019 competition with the four-day Auburn Diving Invitational, set for Dec. 16-19 at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center in Auburn, Ala. The Tigers will face off against Southeastern Conference foes Alabama, Florida, LSU, South Carolina, Tennessee and host Auburn at the meet. Competition gets underway on at Noon on Monday, Dec. 16 with women's 1-meter. Men's 1-meter and women's 3-meter are scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 17, followed by men's 3-meter and women's platform on Wednesday, Dec. 18. The event concludes on Thursday, Dec. 19 with men's platform.
Six Tigers, sophomores Ike Khamis and Sarah Rousseau and freshmen Leonardo Garcia Varela, Maddie Huitt, Carlo Lopez and Savana Trueb, will compete on all three events, while junior Amber Brickey will go only on the springboards.
Following the Invitational, the Tigers are idle until they travel to Baton Rouge, La., to take on LSU on Thursday, Jan. 9 at 10 a.m. CT.
