
Women's Golf to Host Johnie Imes Invitational

Mizzou women's golf is set to host its annual Johnie Imes Invitational at The Club at Old Hawthorne on Monday and Tuesday.
Round one and two will be played on Monday beginning at 8 a.m. with a shotgun start. The invitational will conclude Wednesday with round three.
It is the 17th time the Tigers have hosted Johnie Imes, winning nine times since 2007.
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
The 2025 Johnie Imes Invitational is a two-day tournament, playing 36 holes of continuous play on Monday, with 18 holes of play on Tuesday for a total of 54 holes.
The 2025 field features teams from 14 different schools including Mizzou. The Tigers will compete alongside Cincinnati, UAB, South Dakota State, Howard, Kentucky, Murray State, North Alabama, Omaha, Missouri State, Morehead State, South Dakota, Wichita State, and East Texas A&M.
The par-72 course at The Club at Old Hawthorne measures 6,342 yards in length.
LAST TIME OUT
The Tigers started strong with a record-setting tournament score of 824 to claim first place at the Sam Golden Invitational. The effort was led by freshman Ebba Liljeberg's program-best 19-under 197.
LOOK AT LAST YEAR
Mizzou finished second in the tournament with a total team score of 878 (+14) through tough conditions, with Florida Gulf Coast claiming the title. Junior Fleur van Beek looks to lead her team once again after last year's second-place finish at one-under in the home tournament.
