
Track and Field Concludes Regular Outdoor Slate at Rock Chalk Classic

The Tigers wrapped up the second day of competition with three podium finishes.
LAWRENCE, Kan. – Missouri track and field completed the regular outdoor season campaign with the second day of the Rock Chalk Classic on Saturday at Rock Chalk Park.

Senior Robert Hines secured his second consecutive podium finish of the outdoor season in the 100m, taking second with a 10.42 among a field of 21.
.River Hardman represented the Tigers in the 800m, running a 1:53.67 to claim 11th and stand in the top 32% of the competition.
Chase Crawford led the men in shot put for the fifth meet of the season, notching second with a 17.12m (56-2). Sam Albert and Clayton Kamp went three-four, with marks of 16.52m (54-2 ½) and 15.90m (52-2), respectively.
Ames Burton tallied sixth in the women's discus throw with a 49.40m (162-1).
