
Mizzou Divers Head to Los Angeles for Bruin Diving Invitational

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Mizzou men's and women's diving teams travel to Los Angeles, Calif., this weekend to compete at the 2020 Bruin Diving Invitational, Friday, Jan. 17-Sunday, Jan. 19, at Spieker Aquatics Center at UCLA.
Mizzou is one of 18 schools participating in the Bruin Diving Invitational, where competition gets underway on at 12:30 p.m. Friday with women's 1-meter and men's 3-meter. Women's 3-meter and men's platform is scheduled for Saturday, while the meet concludes with women's platform and men's 1-meter on Sunday.
Six Tigers, sophomores Ike Khamis and Sarah Rousseau and freshmen Leonardo Garcia Varela, Maddie Huitt, Carlo Lopez and Savana Trueb, will compete at the meet and go on all three events.
Following the Invitational, Mizzou closes the regular season on Friday, Jan. 31 when the team hosts Southern Illinois at 2 p.m. at the Mizzou Aquatic Center.
