
No. 16 Mizzou Volleyball falls to Tennessee in five sets

Tigers posted .209 hitting led by Kylie Deberg and Claudia Dillon with double-digit kills
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – No. 16 Mizzou Volleyball (8-3) fell to Tennessee Friday night in a five-set battle (25-27, 27-25, 25-28, 24-26, 11-15), marking the Tigers' first loss of the spring season.
Mizzou's offense hit .209 over five sets. Senior Kylie Deberg led the Tigers once again with 23 kills. Sophomore Claudia Dillon also posted double-digit, setting a career-high with 12 kills on .500 hitting.
Redshirt junior Jaden Newsome led the team in assists with 41, and also recorded 13 digs. Sophomore Erin Williams recorded a match-high two service aces.
