
Mizzou Women’s Golf Tees Off Next in North Texas

The same lineup returns for back-to-back tournaments
ARGYLE, Texas. – Mizzou Women's Golf is back with the same team lineup to compete in The Bruzzy this weekend after a quick turnaround from last week's Liz Murphey event in Georgia. Hosted by North Texas, the two-day event features 36 holes played on day one and the final 18 on day two. Mizzou will face off against 18 other teams, 11 of which are within the Top-30 of GolfStat's weekly rankings.
WHERE: The event will take place at the Lantana Golf Club (Par-72, 6,421 yards) in Argyle, Texas.
WHEN: The first two rounds take place on Sunday, March 28 with the final round on Monday, March 29. Both days feature a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

LINEUP: 1. Jessica Yuen, 2. Emily Staples, 3. Sophia Yoemans, 4. Brianne Bolden, 5. Noelle Beijer
Returning in the top spot for the Tigers is veteran Jessica Yuen (Bolingbrook, Ill.). Putting on a show last week at the Liz Murphey Spring Collegiate Classic, Yuen snatched a T-3 finish, marking her third consecutive Top-20 placement and best-finish since her junior 2018-19 campaign.
Securing the second spot is freshman Emily Staples (Orlando, Fla.) who carded her new third season-best 54-hole event score last week of 244.
Sophomore Sophia Yoemans (Redwing, Minn.) is slotted in the third spot after finishing second on the team in last week's Liz Murphey event with a 19-over 235.
Representing Mizzou in the fourth spot is sophomore Brianne Bolden (Mokena, Ill.) and rounding out the Black and Gold is senior Noelle Beijer (Assendelft, The Netherlands) who continues to lead the team in season-total birdies with 34.
