LOS ANGELES, Calif - The No. 14 University of Missouri gymnastics erupted for the highest regional score in program history with a 197.600 in the NCAA Regional, finishing in third place. Utah won the session with a 198.050 followed by UCLA in second with a 197.925, both advancing to the NCAA Championship.

The 197.600 marked the highest score for the Tigers in regional competition and the fourth-highest overall score, while Mizzou's .49.450 on vault was the highest vault score in regional competition.

#MIZ Notables

In the first rotation, Addison Lawerence sat in the leadoff position scoring a 9.875. Sydney Schaffer notched a 9.8, followed by Grace Anne Davis with a 9.825. The fifth year Alisa Sheremeta notched a 9.85 in the fourth position. Helen Hu and Sienna Schreiber notched a team-high 9.925. Mizzou tallied a team total of 49.400 on beam.
On floor, Sienna Schreiber carried the momentum over from beam scoring a 9.875 in the lead-off position. Alonna Kratzer notched a 9.825. Hannah McCrary, Amari Celestine and Sheremeta all earned a 9.900. Jocelyn Moore led the Tigers on floor scoring a 9.95. The Tigers earned a 49.525 which placed them in first place going into the third rotation.
In the third rotation, McCrary opened up the rotation with a strong 9.825. Both Schrieber and Celestine notched a 9.90. Moore added to the rotation with a 9.975 the highest vault score for the Tigers. Mizzou notched a team total of 49.450, the highest team vault score in program history.
In the final rotation, Celestine led off the bars rotation scoring a 9.750. Schreiber followed up scoring a team high 9.875. Sheremeta, Moore and Hu all notched a 9.850. Kyra Burns rounded out the final rotation scoring a 9.8. Mizzou notched a final bars score of 49.225 and a final team total of 197.600.
