Mizzou led by five at the halfway mark of the frame. Reisma banked in a layup in the paint to spark a 9-3 run that was capped off by a 3-point play by redshirt-senior guard Jayla Smith. Smith navigated the lane for a tough layup and sank the free-throw attempt to push the Tigers' lead to 11.
Reisma went to work in the post throughout the period, scoring eight points off a perfect 4-of-4 shots as the Tigers closed the quarter with a 22-18 advantage.
Dowell started the second quarter the same way as the first, cashing in on a 3-pointer on Mizzou's first possession. The junior stayed hot, as she knocked down the first nine points in the second period to extend Mizzou's lead to 13.
The Tigers continued to attack the rim throughout the quarter as junior guard Lisa Thompson drove through the lane with just over a minute remaining before the break. Smith added a driving layup in the closing seconds to secure a double-digit lead as the Tigers went into the half on top of the Salukis 38-28.
To start the third, Dowell drilled two more 3-pointers in the first three minutes to secure a career-high four makes behind the arc on the evening.

At the end of the third quarter, Thompson took the ball through the lane for a basket, then snagged a rebound and pushed the ball ahead to Smith for a fast-break layup in the final seconds of the frame. The Tigers led 57-42 heading into the final quarter.
Mizzou kept their foot on the gas to start the period, as sophomore guard Chloe Sotell scored her first points of the game behind the arc to extend the lead to 18 points.
Headed into the heart of the frame, Slaughter narrowly saved the ball from going out of bounds, threw it to freshman guard Ma'riya Vincent, who dished it back to a cutting Slaughter as she finished at the rack.
Two possessions later, Sotell knocked down her second 3-pointer of the contest to give Mizzou a game high 26-point lead.
The Tigers continued to dominate and finished the game on a 10-1 run to put the final touches on their victory.
