Brooke Sugg was hired at the University of Missouri in July 2025 where she began her role as an Olympic Sports Dietitian Fellow in the Olympic Sports Nutrition department.
Originally from Deshler, Ohio, Brooke provides individualized and team-based nutrition education and support for Mizzou women’s soccer, men’s & women’s swim and dive, men’s & women’s cross country, men’s & women’s golf and women’s tennis programs.
In her current role, she develops performance-focused fueling strategies tailored to both training and competition. Brooke also creates and delivers engaging educational content—including handouts, presentations, and cooking demonstrations—to help student-athletes optimize their performance through nutrition.
She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and is BodPod certified. Brooke earned both her Master’s in Food and Nutrition (2024) and her Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics (2023) from Bowling Green State University.
