
Mizzou Gymnasts Win Ninth Annual Corvette Cup

* Missouri's Alisha Robinson set a new Corvette Cup all-around record scoring a 39.400 and posted Mizzou's second-highest all-around score. She also put up the second-highest meet scores on the vault and floor exercise with 9.900 marks on both apparatus. In addition, her all-around and vault score set new Missouri sophomore highs.
* Eastern Michigan's Natalie Hashimoto scored a 39.200 to set the second-highest Corvette Cup all-around mark. She topped the meet record book scoring a 9.925 on the vault.
* EMU's Leah Hashimoto joined her sister in the Corvette Cup records scoring a 9.900 on both the vault and floor exercise, to own the second-highest meet marks with Robinson.
* Missouri's 195.925 team total set a new meet record and joins the Mizzou record books as the second-highest Tiger team total.
* The Tigers also set a new Corvette Cup standard scoring a 49.325 on the floor. The mark is also the second-highest in program history on the event.
* Summing up the Tiger record breakers, Mizzou scored a 49.100 on vault and a 49.200 on the bars to set the Corvette Cup's second-highest meet scores on both events.
* Eastern Michigan scored some tops as well. The Eagles' 194.600 is the meets' fifth-highest team total. Leading the pack, EMU also scored a 49.350 on the vault to set a new meet record and posted a 48.900 on the floor for a fourth-place high.
* MU freshman Lauren Schwartzman scored two career-high posting a 9.850 on the vault and a 9.900 to tie for first-place honors on the floor exercise.
* Freshman Katie Roets helped Mizzou putting up a career-high 9.800 on the vault.
* Junior Rachel Bridges recorded her third 9.850 career-high vault score on the year. She also hit a 9.825 on the floor exercise and finished third on the balance beam with a 9.775 mark.
* Sophomore Ashley Asraf put up her season high mark on the floor exercise scoring a 9.850.
* The Tigers took a 1-2-3 sweep on the uneven bars. Freshman Jodie Heinicka and junior Andrea Nervig each scored a 9.850 on the bars to tie for top honors while junior Lindsay Davis scored a 9.825 to tie for third.
* Adding to Heinicka's career-high on bars, she also scored a 9.800 vault to bring her season tally to six 9.8+ vault scores.
* Senior Alina Hamm rounded out her Mizzou home-meet career putting up a personal high 9.850 floor score and winning the Corvette Cup balance beam title with a duplicate mark.
