Five Student-Athletes Named to CSC Academic All-District Team

COLUMBIA, Mo. – Five Mizzou softball student-athletes were selected to the 2026 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District softball team, the organization announced Tuesday, May 26.
Stefania Abruscato, Courtney Donahue, Cierra Harrison, Abby Hay and Madison Uptegrove were all selected to the team. Harrison secured her third-straight distinction, while Harrison and Hay make it two-straight seasons on the squad.
Seniors Donahue and Harrison both earned their degrees at the end of the spring season. Donahue graduated with a degree in health sciences with an emphasis in rehabilitation science, while Harrison graduated with a degree in psychology sciences.
Abruscato wrapped up her junior year, majoring in health sciences with an emphasis in health and wellness. Hay also begins her senior year after finishing her junior campaign as a parks, recreation, sport and tourism major with an emphasis in sport management. Uptegrove ended her sophomore season as a health sciences major with an emphasis in rehabilitation sciences.
The Tigers wrapped up their 2026 season with a 28-29 overall and 9-15 SEC record. Mizzou fell one game short of an NCAA postseason bid, as it fell to Auburn in the SEC Tournament.
