• Mizzou also sets season bests in field goal defense (30.9%) and 3-point defense (13.6%).
ALL-AROUND LEADER IN MITCHELL
• Senior Mark Mitchell is the team's all-around leader in 2025-26.
• Mitchell leads Mizzou in points (17.6), rebounds (5.8) and assists (3.3) this season.
• He is aiming to become just the second player in school history to lead the Tigers in all three categories, joining Albert White in 1998-99.
MR. VERSATILE, MARK MITCHELL
• Mark Mitchell and his all-around game has been on display throughout the season.
• Mitchell is just one of 10 players in the nation to have totaled 400 points, 125 rebounds and 75 assists during the 2025-26 campaign.
• The senior is attempting to be the first Tiger to tally 17 points, five rebounds and three assists since Big Eight Player of the Year Anthony Peeler in 1991-92.
• In Mizzou's win on Saturday at South Carolina, Mitchell became the first Tiger in SEC play to tally at least 20 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in a game, finishing with 20, 11 and five, respectively.
FIRST IMPRESSIONS MATTER
• Graduate transfer Jayden Stone is making quite the first impression at Mizzou in 2025-26.
• Stone is second on MU with 15.1 points – one of four first-year Tigers during the last 40 seasons to average at least 15 points per game.
SURGING T.O. BARRETT
• Sophomore T.O. Barrett is currently playing the best basketball of his collegiate career.
• Barrett has scored at least 10 points in six of the last seven games – tallying 13.9 points and 5.3 rebounds during that span.
• The sophomore had scored in double figures just once in his first 35 career contests.
• In his first collegiate start on Jan. 24, Barrett tallied a career-best 21 points – the most by a Tiger making their first career start since Frankie Hughes scored 23 versus Alabama A&M in 2016.
• In 23 games overall as a sophomore, Barrett is averaging 7.7 points and 2.7 assists per game.
MAGIC NUMBER IS 73
• The goal for the Tigers is simply to score 73 points.
• Mizzou is a perfect 16-0 when tallying at least 73 points but are 0-7 when failing to reach the mark.
• Overall, the Tigers are averaging 80.7 points during the 2025-26 season – scoring 87.1 points in their 16 wins and 64.9 in their seven defeats.
